If you believe content processed through Captivo infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: legal@captivo.app (postal: Dmytro Yefremenko, Oleksandra Polia Ave., Dnipro, 49031, Ukraine). Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) the notice must include:
On a valid notice we promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the account holder. Knowingly false notices carry liability under §512(f).
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in the mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of your federal district court (or any judicial district in which we may be found, if outside the US), and your signature. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Strikes are tracked per account; a strike expires after 12 months without further valid notices.
For other illegal-content reports, see section 10 of the Terms.
